Books & PCS

Understand the work. Give your training a direction.

Iron Brotherhood’s training resources connect strength methods with practical decisions: what to do, why you’re doing it, and when to adjust. This is the home for forthcoming books by Oleh Prodan, beginning with the Periodized Conjugate System.

Periodized Conjugate System

PCS • Forthcoming book • Oleh Prodan, MBA

PCS brings conjugate training and periodization together to help lifters plan, monitor, and adjust their strength training. Its central idea is simple: every training choice should serve a purpose, and the plan should respond to the athlete’s progress and circumstances.

Rather than treating a program as a fixed calendar, PCS emphasizes understanding the lifter’s starting point, organizing the work, and using feedback to guide the next step.

Who It’s For

Lifters interested in general strength and powerlifting who want to understand the reasoning behind their programming, and coaches looking to think more deliberately about exercise selection, progression, and adjustments.

You’ll get more from the material with a working understanding of the squat, bench press, and deadlift and a willingness to record and review your training.
