Iron Brotherhood Training Center
A place to build strength, practice discipline, and train with purpose.
Founded by Oleh Prodan in 2013, Iron Brotherhood Training Center grew from a commitment to serious strength training and the equipment to support it. Today, that purpose guides the approach: clear goals, thoughtful programming, and consistent work.
Built Around the Work
IBTC focuses on general strength and powerlifting. The squat, bench press, and deadlift provide a foundation, with accessory work selected to support your goals and develop the qualities your training needs.
Whether you are learning the lifts or building on years of experience, the aim is to make each session purposeful. Technique, progression, and recovery all belong in the plan.
Equipment With a Purpose
The training setup includes a Rogue RML-490 power rack, Ivanko competition plates and bar, Rogue bumper plates and bars, a Duffalo Bar, EliteFTS specialty bars, bands, and chains.
Standard bars and plates support consistent practice of the main lifts. Specialty bars offer exercise variations, while bands and chains provide options for changing resistance. Equipment is selected to serve the training goal and the lifter using it.
What to Expect
Expect a focused environment, respect for the equipment and the people around you, and coaching that explains the purpose behind the work. Bring a willingness to learn, communicate, and put in consistent effort.
Training starts with a conversation about your goals, experience, and schedule. From there, we can discuss the coaching option that fits and confirm current in-person arrangements and availability.
Part of a Bigger Purpose
The training center carries Iron Brotherhood’s emphasis on courage, integrity, self-mastery, and service. Strength gives us the capacity to do more; character guides how we use it.
